Sizing Guide

SIZING GUIDE

There are a large number of standard sizing systems around the world for women's clothing. We have European size, US size, UK size, Asian size, etc.  A size “Medium” in Asian regions may be referred as a size “Small” in European regions. Therefore to avoid sizing error, the best way for customers to determine what size category a garment falls under is by knowing the exact garment measurement. Customers will then able to decide what the size would be in their country sizing system.

Armpit to Armpit Measurement
On our description page, we provide you the armpit to armpit measurement of a garment (the most important guideline). The most effective way to find out whether a piece of clothing will fit you well is by measuring of your own clothing as a comparison. Lay the garment flat, face up and use a measuring tape to measure the widest point across from one armpit to the other armpit. This number will be your most reliable guideline. Please choose a piece clothing with the closest measurement as your old clothing. Another way is to measure yourself all the way around your bust/chest. Divide the number that you get by 2 and you will get your armpit to armpit measurement. Please allow another 1”-2” extra space for comfort & movement. For example if your bust/chest measures 34” all around and you divide by two giving you a pit to pit of 17”, do not get a clothing with a 17” armpit to armpit measurement as that would actually be too small. For best fit, you must get one with measurement of at least 18” pit to pit.

Length Of Dress
It is measured when the dress is being worn - from top of shoulder to hem. Length of dress varies for each design. Please refer to the description page. Length of dress may slightly differ from what’s stated (by 1 inch, more or less). 0.5"- 1” discrepancy in measurements between the item received from what is provided in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.

Fabric Stretch Ability
Different fabrics have different types of fit. For example, polyester spandex is a stretchy material, making
it capable of fitting a larger range of body shapes and sizes. Most polyester spandex can stretch for another 1”-2” from the unstretched measurement. Cotton, chiffon, satin, on the other hand are non-stretch fabrics.

Our Standard Clothing Measurements
Below is the approximate garment measurements that we use as our production guideline. Measurements listed are the basic general measurement guide, for your reference only. They are not fixed measurements. * In particular style/design, the waist & hips measurements may be different as they are tailored to suit the style.
